INTRODUCING NEW ENERGY SOLAR

New Energy Solar (NEW, the Business) acquires, owns and manages large scale solar generation facilities. It was established in November 2015 with the objective of generating positive social impact alongside attractive financial returns through the generation of renewable energy sold under long term contracts.

The Business has successfully acquired a large portfolio of solar power plants and has a deep pipeline of opportunities across Australia and the United States. NEW aims to build out a diversified portfolio of assets across different regions and, through active management, optimise returns and minimise risks for investors.

NEW may also invest in other renewable energy assets including wind, geothermal, hydro-electricity, hybrid solutions and associated investments such as battery and other storage, smart metering and other potential future technologies.
