Caroline was appointed as Joint Company Secretary of New Energy Solar in 2018. She provides corporate governance and secretariat services to management, the boards of directors and committees for a portfolio of entities within the New Energy Solar business.
Prior to her current role, Caroline was Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons within its Sydney-based banking and finance division. She also previously worked as a solicitor at Clifford Chance in London, where she specialised in international securitisation, and before that was with Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Sydney, where she focused on asset and aircraft finance, as well as banking and financial markets regulation and debt capital markets.
With her extensive legal background in banking and finance, Caroline has valuable knowledge and experience in providing advice on the implementation of rigorous corporate governance policies. She thrives on the dynamic and innovative nature of the industry and being continually exposed to fresh perspectives.
Caroline has a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws, as well as a Master of Laws with Honours from the University of Sydney. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is also qualified to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales.
