Adam joined New Energy Solar in July 2018, focusing on diligence and execution of new investments.
Michael will be responsible for the finance activities of NEW, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, balance sheet management and risk management.
Max joined NES in September 2017. In his role as an analyst, Max provides market commentary and reporting to investors and assists with structuring transactions and market research.
Max has worked with the Evans Dixon Group since 2015, most recently as an analyst within Dixon Advisory’s Investment Advisory team where he assisted clients with investment advice, ongoing stock monitoring and executing trades.
Max holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University and is accredited by the Stockbrokers Association of Australia.
Paul joined New Energy Solar as Asset Manager in November 2017 to lead asset management activities. He has more than 37 years’ experience in a variety of operational, engineering, construction, projects, business development and commercial management roles within the power generation, consulting and insurance industries.
Daniel is currently Fund Accounting Manager at Walsh & Company, with a specific responsibility for New Energy Solar. Daniel is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in financial & management reporting and decision support analysis across the infrastructure, property and financial services sectors.
James joined NES in February 2017, after completing his studies at university. In his role, James focuses on market research, financial modelling, transaction coordination, and preparation of investor presentation materials. Prior to joining NES, and whilst completing his studies, James completed an internship in portfolio management at a large asset management firm. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University.
Jesse joined NES in September 2017, focusing on transaction execution for new investments.
Jarrod joined NES in February 2017, relocating to the US in order to help establish the NES New York City office. His role includes the analysis of market trends, structuring of acquisitions and assisting in the ongoing management of acquired assets. Jarrod has been part of the Evans Dixon Group since 2015, where he most recently worked in the Corporate Finance Team at Walsh & Company, assisting in the execution of a variety of equity and debt market transactions.
Jarrod holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Accounting and Finance from The University of Melbourne.

Francis joined NES in September 2016, focusing on transaction execution and asset management for new and existing fund investments. Francis has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of infrastructure related sectors including electricity generation, electricity and gas transmission and distribution and transportation.
